Our Story

A family kitchen
stretched across
three continents.

Blue Dragon began as a Chinese-Thai cafe and an Indian home kitchen run by the same family. The printed menu still reflects that: comfort food from three places, cooked side by side in one open kitchen on Lembitu tänav.

A family kitchen

We ran a Chinese-Thai cafe by day and perfected Indian curries at the family table by night.

Pop-ups & street fairs

Helsinki and Riga street-food crowds taught us our menu could span three regions without losing the thread.

Tallinn opening

Blue Dragon settled on Lembitu tänav with one open kitchen, three cuisines, and a 175-dish menu.

What we believe

Three quiet rules.

They're not on the menu, but you'll taste them anyway.

No. 01

Cooked to order

Every curry, wok dish and stir-fry leaves the pass fresh. Sauces are not reheated, and Tom Yam and Tom Kha stocks simmer through service.

No. 02

Three regions, one bill

Indian, Chinese and Thai dishes share the same kitchen. Mix and match across all three on the same table without trade-offs.

No. 03

Open to the neighbourhood

Drop in for a masala tea or a quick noodle bowl, or book ahead for sharing feasts and longer evenings.

One kitchen

One open line. Three traditions on the pass.

The wok cooks share the line with the tandoor. Tom Yam stocks bubble next to butter chicken, and curries finish on the same pass as fried rice. Nothing waits long, the kitchen is built for shared tables ordering across regions.
