When you submit the reservation form on the Visit page, we receive the following data you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Requested reservation date, time and party size
• Any dietary notes or occasion details you choose to add

We do not set tracking cookies, run third-party analytics, or build profiles on visitors who browse the site without submitting the form.

Your reservation request is used solely to confirm and manage your booking by email or phone. The legal basis under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the performance of a contract at your request (the reservation), and our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in operating the restaurant.

Reservation submissions are kept for up to 12 months after the reservation date for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Form submissions are delivered to our reservations inbox through Web3Forms, which acts as a data processor. We do not sell or otherwise share your data with third parties.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request data portability
